This project consisted of approximately 30,000 square feet of exterior restoration, reconstruction, and building envelope improvements completed in accordance with applicable building codes, project specifications, and industry standards. The scope included selective demolition of deteriorated exterior assemblies and façade components to accommodate the installation of new structural and weather-resistant systems. All demolition operations were performed in a controlled manner with proper site protection and debris removal procedures maintained throughout construction.
Work included the installation of new exterior framing and structural sheathing systems designed to enhance the integrity and long-term performance of the building envelope. Comprehensive waterproofing and weather barrier systems were also installed to protect against moisture intrusion and environmental exposure.
Roofing improvements included the installation of new roofing components and accessories required to provide a durable, fully weather-resistant roofing assembly compliant with local wind-load requirements. Architectural precast moldings and decorative façade elements were fabricated and installed to restore and enhance the building’s exterior appearance while maintaining structural reliability and design consistency.
Additional scope included the application of new stucco systems, surface preparation, priming, and professional exterior painting utilizing high-performance coatings engineered for long-term durability in the South Florida climate. The completed project resulted in a fully restored and upgraded exterior façade and roofing system.
