For the Miami Springs Aquatic Facility project, executive responsibility was provided for the full range of preconstruction and construction management services through successful project closeout. This role included leadership and oversight of all preconstruction activities, ensuring alignment between design intent, budget parameters, and overall project delivery strategy.

Key duties included the development and management of detailed cost estimates, value analysis, and constructability reviews to establish accurate project budgets and inform decision-making throughout the planning phase. Comprehensive logistics planning was implemented to support sequencing of work, site access, material staging, and coordination of multiple trades within a complex aquatic facility construction environment.

Client contract negotiations were managed to establish clear scope definitions, commercial terms, and risk allocation, ensuring alignment between owner objectives and contractual requirements. In parallel, subcontractor and vendor procurement activities were directed, including solicitation of competitive bids, scope evaluation, pricing analysis, and execution of purchase agreements to ensure cost-effective and compliant project delivery.

Ongoing budget control and financial oversight were maintained throughout the operations phase, including cost tracking, forecasting, and implementation of corrective measures to maintain alignment with approved financial targets. Coordination of the operations team ensured efficient execution of construction activities, adherence to schedule milestones, and resolution of field-level coordination challenges.

The project was successfully delivered through structured management of preconstruction planning, procurement strategy, and cost control, culminating in a well-coordinated and effectively executed aquatic facility construction project.
