The scope of work for this project included comprehensive site demolition, earthwork operations, structural construction, and the installation of architectural access and decorative elements. The project commenced with selective demolition of existing site and structural components as required to accommodate new construction activities. Demolition operations were executed in a controlled and systematic manner to maintain site safety, protect adjacent structures, and ensure proper removal and disposal of all debris in accordance with applicable regulations.
Earthwork operations included excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, and compaction necessary to establish proper elevations and provide stable support for structural and hardscape improvements. All earthwork activities were performed in accordance with geotechnical recommendations and project engineering requirements to ensure long-term structural performance and site stability.
Structural scope included the construction and installation of reinforced concrete and related structural components required to support stairs, ramps, and associated architectural features. New stair systems and accessibility ramps were constructed in compliance with applicable building codes and ADA accessibility requirements, with careful attention given to dimensional accuracy, slope tolerances, and user safety.
The project also included the fabrication and installation of custom railings and architecturally designed decorative stone balustrade systems complete with ornamental column caps. Decorative stone components were custom fabricated and installed with precision to achieve both structural integrity and aesthetic consistency throughout the project. All railing and balustrade assemblies were securely anchored and finished in accordance with approved design specifications, contributing to the overall architectural character and functionality of the completed development.
